Like loose threads in baby’s hand

My baby is 1 month old and i realise he always have like white stringy “loose threads” around his hand esp his palm. Like those from clothes. Anyone knows whats that? And is it normal ? It kind of comes off from his skin?

Is your baby still wearing mittens, if yes, then yes it may be the fibre so you just wash/pick it away gentle. Baby that young tends to shred skin and hair. If your baby is having dry skin, maybe apply some baby safe moisturiser
