Grunting sounds

Aiyooo, ini normal lah! Babies grunt macam tu semua, especially bila they're learning to poop or just adjusting their position dalam tidur, memang dengar macam ada benda wrong tapi actually dia just fine. A few of us tried going in every time the grunting starts, tapi in the end kita realised it's just part of their newborn sounds, sama like the snuffling dan squeaking. Best thing is observe kalau dia actually crying or uncomfortable, or just making noise je, kena tengok the full picture, not just the sound. If you're worried anything more serious, good idea to check with your paediatrician next visit, but honestly most babies go through this phase and it passes!
