It’s totally normal for cravings to change throughout pregnancy. Early on, many moms experience aversions to foods they used to enjoy, while later on, cravings for sweets or other foods can kick in. The baby’s movements may feel more noticeable when you satisfy your cravings, but it’s important to balance it out. Instead of completely avoiding sweets, try healthier alternatives like fruits or yogurt with honey. If your cravings feel out of control, talking to your OB can help you find a way to manage them while still taking care of your health.
I totally get it! My cravings were all over the place too. It’s super common to go from not wanting anything to suddenly wanting sweets, especially in the second trimester. The key is to try not to go overboard, though I know it’s hard! I found that eating fruits like mangoes or berries helped satisfy my sweet tooth without all the sugar. Just listen to your body, and maybe try to balance your cravings with something healthier when you can. You’re doing great—those cravings will pass soon enough! 😊
Hi mommy!
Mas advisable mii sundin yung LMP mo and 1st ultrasound.
Sakin 4 weeks diff sa LMP at 1st trans v, repeat trans v ako, same result so ung utz edd ang pinasunod sakin.
update me nalng miii ano ba talaga yung true HAHAHH. Excited for youu❤
based from experience, kulang ako ng 1 week. ang EDD/AOG ay based sa size ni baby. so maliit si baby sa expected. as per OB, eat protein-rich food. kumain na rin ako ng marami. normal si baby paglabas nia at 37weeks.
