Wa'alaikumussalam sis! DPO 8 mmg still very early lagi, UPT accuracy baru boleh trust around DPO 12-14, so jangan sedih dulu! Breast tenderness dan krem tu memang common symptoms tapi bukan exclusive to pregnancy je, so it's hard to say. I'd suggest tunggu another week or so baru test again (lebih reliable), tapi kalau you're super worried, boleh je pergi clinic and ask for blood test, that'll give you a proper answer faster instead of guessing. Most of my mum friends yang pregnant mcm ni ended up getting their positive later, jadi don't lose hope yet!
