You boleh try add green powder as altenative to veggie (kale, barley wheat, spirulina etc depends which brand) for smoothies then blend with fruits to make your favourite smoothie. Ini alternative lah daripada rendam sayur before blend for smoothie. But apa apa pun better double check with your doctor boleh ambil or not during pregnancy sebab semua orang lain2. 😊

Rendam air panas utk matikan kuman. Pregnant kan berisiko sikit bab makanan ni. Kalau sekadar cuci, takut tak bersih sepenuhnya. Mgkn org Western ada buat tp tak tunjuk. Atau dia punya sayuran mmg organic, dkt malaysia ni byk sayuran sembur racun perosak sis. So utk keselamatan, better la rendam air panas kejap. Sekadar berjaga-jaga 😊
