Wa'alaikumassalam! Aiyoh, 22 weeks scan memang kadang-kadang gambar tak jelas sangat kan, especially kalau baby position tak cooperate haha. A few of us went through the same thing, sometimes it's just the angle, or baby facing the wrong way, so next scan (usually around 28-30 weeks) akan lebih clear! If you're worried about anything specific, better mention to your doctor so they boleh check properly, tapi usually it's nothing to worry about. Jangan stress yourself la, these things happen!
