Hidung berdarah semasa hamil?

Wa'alaikumassalam sis! Hidung berdarah masa hamil memang common, especially bila hormone naik dan blood vessels kat hidung jadi fragile, a few of my mum friends kena jugak, especially second and later pregnancies. Bagus la doc dah check dan cakap okay je, but I totally understand why it's stressful when it keeps happening; kali ni earlier than anak no.5 pun boleh buat kita overthink. Since it's happening repeatedly, maybe worth going back to your doctor or OB just to get their peace of mind again, tak salah nak double confirm, especially kalau you're worried. In the meantime, try to avoid blowing your nose hard, and guna saline spray or jelly kat dalam hidung to keep it moist. Hang in there, you've already gone through this with five pregnancies, you've got this!
