Hidung berdarah

Aih, this is SO common during pregnancy, don't worry! A few of my mum friends went through the same thing, the hormones and increased blood flow during pregnancy memang boleh buat blood vessels jadi lebih delicate, so hidung jadi mudah berdarah. Try to avoid blowing your nose terlalu kuat, keep your nasal passages moist with a humidifier, and pinch the soft part of your nose kalau berdarah, tahan around 10-15 minutes. Tapi kalau it gets really frequent or heavy bleeding, best check with your doctor just to be safe, especially since you're already 22 weeks, they can confirm everything's okay
