Assalamualaikum ibu ibu semua, maaf bertanya ye saya bru lepas bersalin normal tnpa koyak/jahit tapi sekrg dh 72 hari la cuma darah nifas still belum habis , normal ke lama mcmni? n kdg kdg tu ad rasa sakit bahagian ari ari bila berjalan atau berdiri lama lama, ada tak ibu ibu sini yg tahu kenapa?#mohonbantujawabbunda #ingintahu #sharing#sharing #Needadvice

Wa'alaikumassalam sis! Hmm 72 days is quite long for lochia still, especially since you didn't tear, a few of us mums experienced bleeding that stretched longer than expected, but the lower abdominal pain when you walk or stand is something you should check with your doctor about to make sure everything's healing properly, could be anything from inflammation to uterine stuff that needs looking at. Don't worry yourself too much, but it's better to get it sorted sebab you want to be back to normal kan! How are you managing otherwise, have you had a chance to see your gynae recently?
