Wa'alaikumassalam sis! Alhamdulillah baby's heartbeat dah nampak, that's a good sign. Sakit pinggang dan bleeding dalam early pregnancy memang scary, tapi since doctor dah check dan tiada pembukaan, you just follow the rest advice for now. A few of us went through spotting or light bleeding in first trimester and alhamdulillah, turned out okay, tapi setiap pregnancy lain, so just monitor closely. If bleeding gets heavier, cramping teruk sangat, or ada tanda lain yg worry you, jangan delay, balik hospital je. Tawakal, rest well, dan take it easy. Semoga baby strong ya!
