Wa'alaikumassalam... honestly bleeding dalam early pregnancy tu memang boleh happen, tapi kalau dah 4 hari keluar darah macam period, better check with your doctor or clinic ASAP sebab dia perlu confirm kalau implantation bleeding atau something else yang kena monitor. A few of my mum friends went through this and most turned out okay, but tu bukan something untuk wait-and-see je, get it checked out soon, okay? Take care of yourself!
