Wa'alaikumassalam sis! Okay, at 22 days, it's normal lah still ada benang dan rasa sakit, healing takes time, especially kalau jahitannya dalam. A few of my mum friends juga complained about this period, taklah comfortable but it does get better. The external stitches biasanya hilang sendiri or dokter akan buang around week 2-3, but internal ones memang ambil masa lebih lama to dissolve. Since you're still dalam pantang period, I'd suggest check with your doctor next week to confirm everything is healing properly, they can see if ada any infection or if stitches perlu dibuang, sebab luka vagina yang slow to close lagi tu boleh jadi sign yang perlu monitoring je, tak alarming tapi better safe.
