Ay, mahirap yan! Try calling Bonna's customer service directly, mas mabilis sila sumagot on their hotline or Facebook page, kasi iba-iba talaga ang scoops depending sa batch sometimes. One of my mum friends had the same issue and Bonna sent her the info kaagad when she messaged them, so check mo na rin if may instruction pa sa kanilang website or contact them na talaga para sure ka.
