Asking on behalf: Has anyone receive post delivery report from your gynae after giving birth especially for emergency c-section cases regarding your medical condition or cause of it? I had emergency c sect but till now I did not receive any report regarding my condition (cause of c sect) after 3 months.

Nope. Have many friends who did emergency C-sect, be it a failed induction or preeclampsia, none had reports. I'm very sure you can request it from your gynae. Some gynaes charge for writing reports ranging from $100-$300 per report depending on complexity and length.
