Safe raw po yan but in my case kahit anong medication hindi ako nagtake just to make sure. Yung mga vitamins lang that prescribe for the baby ang iniinom ko. If ever nakakaramdam ako ng sakit ng ulo or sipon kumakain ako fruits, at the same time more water and proper time of sleep para hindi magkasakit. Its better safe than sorry.
