Ask lng poh...im 37 weeks and 3 days na po at nung august 12 po ie po ako at 2cm n dw po aq ....ask ko ilng days n lng kya aq slmat ....

Depende mommy sa bilis ng dilation at effacement ng cervix mo mommy. There's no definite time dahil magkaka iba naman po ang body ng mga buntis. Yung iba is naiistuck ng weeks sa 2 cm, while others are days/hours lang binibilang. Hoping na makaraos ka na po agad and praying for you to have a safe delivery. 🙏

saken po dati inabot pa po ng more than a day kase depende din po yan kung gaano kabilis mag dilate ang cervix nyo po pero lakad lakad lang and squat para mas mapabilis 🙂
