Can we ask lactation consultant to advise on our flange size ? Will they help to advise and measurement ? Afterwhich then we buy the flange inserts online ?
As i tried to measure my own and wanted to buy on shopee ahead but heard that it can be inaccurate and your nipple may get bigger during 3rd trim or when breastfeed.
Whats your advise ?
