Breast pump flange size

Can we ask lactation consultant to advise on our flange size ? Will they help to advise and measurement ? Afterwhich then we buy the flange inserts online ? As i tried to measure my own and wanted to buy on shopee ahead but heard that it can be inaccurate and your nipple may get bigger during 3rd trim or when breastfeed. Whats your advise ? #FTM

Yes. LC will measurement during your hospital stay, you can then order online afterwards. Our nipples changes after birth, during breastfeeding so best is to measure after birth. Then few months after can measure again if you find that the pump is not clearing well or your nipple hurts while pumping.

Yes do ask the LC in hospital and then buy the right flange size. I did this recently and supply has improved
