Hay, I'm so sorry you went through that, blighted ovum is really heartbreaking. The cramping without heavy bleeding could be normal as your uterus is healing, pero honestly sis, with something like this I'd really suggest calling your OB-gyn just to be safe, kasi bawat body ay different and you want to make sure everything's healing properly and there's no infection. A few of us mums have had cramping after D&C procedures, pero it's really best to get checked so they can confirm everything is okay, lalo na ngayon parang rereglahin ka na.
