Hey mama! Okay so sa health center kaya nila gawin ang basic checks like blood pressure, weight, at urine test, pero honestly depende sa equipment nila, some centers may may doppler para marinig ang heartbeat, some wala pa talaga, kaya better to call ahead and ask what they have available para ready ka na. The anti-tetano ay usually recommended during pregnancy (especially if your last shot was more than 5-10 years ago) para protected ang baby from tetanus, pero kung ang OB mo dati didn't recommend it, you can definitely ask your health center doc why it's being suggested ngayon, every pregnancy is different kaya okay lang mag-clarify. Since ito na second baby mo, alam mo na what to expect, but I'd still suggest having a list of questions ready para peace of mind mo, at maybe bring your prenatal records from first baby mo if you have them para makita nila ang history mo. Good luck sa check-up, and don't hesitate to ask them anything na concern mo!
