Hey mama! Grade 3 placenta at 34 weeks ay normal lang, pero best to confirm with your OB kasi sila ang makakasabi ng exact status based sa baby's growth at other factors, bawat pregnancy ay different talaga, and your doctor will know what's best for you and baby. A few of my mum friends had similar findings and everything turned out fine, pero peace of mind talaga ang important, so don't hesitate to ask your doctor kung may concerns ka or if there's anything you need to do differently moving forward.
