madali lang kung gusto mo ..isipin ko lang kung ano makakaapekto sa baby mo..less rice saka mas madaming gulay at prutas.. pwde ka din uminom sa umga ng maligamgam bago ka kumain.. nakakabawas ng timbang ..ako nga ngab isang bwan na ko nagdidiet.nabawsan na din timbang ko.

less rice more on veggies. Gawin mo snacks like carrots ans cucumber or any fruits and veggies. Ganun kasi yung diet ko before while preggy kasi bawal ako kumain ng rice at mga sweets. :)

Bawas rice and carbs at matatamis. Mas maigi kumain ng 4 to 5 times paunti unti kesa biglaan.
