"Single live" is basically the same thing, just a different way your OB writes it (single = one baby, live = may heartbeat na), so both mean congrats, healthy pregnancy mo! I'd still ask your doctor to explain what they're seeing sa screen mismo so you're 100% sure and feel more confident, kasi bawat doctor may slightly different way ng pagsusulat eh.
