Hi there, PhilHealth Staff here from Hospital. Maybe it would be hassle to you claiming your registered marriage contract right after your wedding. What I think the best way to still enjoy the benefit is to have your own membership. You may visit any nearest PhilHealth Branch together with your supporting documents. I think there were be a payment of 900 (at least 3 months contribution which is 300/month) From there, you will be given a MDR. Upon your admission, you can just present than MDR to avail the benefit. It should be 5,000 for Normal Delivery and 19,000 on Cesarean Section. The Baby will also able to avail 2,950 for the Newborn Care Package. This would be an option. But if you still prefer being declared and it also goes the same way for the benefit
