Hi mama, totally understand ang worry mo kasi first time, pero honestly Grade 2 placenta at 24 weeks is actually normal pa, ang placenta grades naman tend to progress as you go along sa pregnancy kaya hindi yan red flag at that point! I'd say wait lang for your OB check on Sept 21 para ma-clarify mo directly with her kung ano exactly ang Grade 2 means for your specific case, pero from what I've heard from other moms, it's usually nothing serious unless your doctor says otherwise. Ang grading naman is just monitoring kung paano ang placenta, not necessarily something to stress over right now, pero since you're worried (totally valid!), better to ask your OB directly para ka peace of mind mo, they'll explain better than puro forum comments lang hehe!
