Para sa ganitong sensitive na health concern, talaga namang kailangan mo ng clearance from your OB muna bago mag-hilot or any massage, kasi depende sa situation mo (kung kumpleto na ang...lahat, kung may complications, etc.) at saka ang timeline, basta siguro with your doctor muna para safe.
