eat moderately mommy since nasa 37 wks ka na, tulog sa tanghali okay lang po yan, need mo rin ng rest. Don't skip your primrose malaking tulong yan, and also more on squat lakad or akyat baba ka sa hagdan para bumaba si bibi mo. Tulog din ako ng tulog nun, napapagalitan din ng nanay sa katigasan ng ulo 😂 pero konti lang ako kumain, 41 wks, induced labor, normal delivery w/o epidural at tahi 😊. Good luck mommy and congrats! 😊
