Mitten/glove?

At around which month can baby stop wearing mitten? My boy is 1.5 months only and i’m worried he might poke his eyes accidentally if without mitten. #FTM

Doctor ask me to remove after 1 month for sensory. My girl never poke her eyes but scratch her face when her nails are long. Have to diligently cut their nails every 2-3 days without mitten
