Hyperpigmentation

My armpits and groin area are super dark after I got pregnant. Dark is quite an understatement. I have tried The Ordinary glycolic acid but it is not helping. Any idea what I can do to whiten it and if it will go away after giving birth?

with my first pregnancy I had the same issue but 6months after giving birth it all went away naturally. don't worry about it it's all because of the hormones
