Are cramps normal during pregnancy, it's my first time pregnant

Cramps are normal to me during my pregnancy. it kick in at mid night and early morning. Try to relax and apply warm pack (if that helps) when cramp happen
I was putting them day and night for a while. It really released the pain.
Very normal. My cramps got worse during my third trimester.
