Hey mama, prenatal massage can help your body to relax and have a more comfortable pregnancy. For breech baby, you may consider professional body worker ie chiropractor, who can help with the body/spine/pelvic adjustment. Chiro also do Webster technique which may helps breech baby to turn into head down position. Dr Melanie of One Spine is someone you may consider... Exercises that balance the body also contribution to making space/room for baby to turn head down. Try Spinning Babies, and balance always comes first so I will encourage you to do forward leaning inversion first before any other exercises. Use lower height, shorter duration (when in inverted position) and more frequency for the start. All the best and you got it mama
I think quite risky for non doctors to do that. It might even pose stress to the baby. Usually baby will turn by themself by 30 weeks or so
