Eh sayang, honestly I'm not sure about Neurogain PB vs S because I haven't used either, so I don't want to give you wrong info! Better you check the packaging or ask the pharmacist, usually the letters refer to different formulations (maybe one for post-birth recovery, one for something else?), so it's worth confirming what you need first before buying. Maybe ask in the mum groups in your area too, sure ada someone using it and can feedback proper-proper!
