Bersalin hospital kerajaan #ingintahu

Aah bersalin soon ke, exciting! Honestly, most of us just bawa 2-3 beg, satu untuk baju mama (nightgown yang mudah, underwear yang boleh buang), satu untuk baby clothes & toiletries, then satu kecil untuk dokumen & phone charger je. Bakul makanan boleh, tapi hospital kerajaan usually ada cafeteria & many of us request family bawa makanan favourite je on the spot, jadi tak perlu bawa banyak sangat from home, just confirm dengan hospital dulu their policy on outside food okay? Thermos boleh untuk hot water if you minum herbal tea or milo, memang helpful after labour. Jangan lupa towels, toiletries, maternity pads (bawak sendiri lebih bagus), & comfy slippers yang mudah pakai. Good luck mama!
