Anything we can do to prevent kids from having nightmares? #nightmare
2 hours before sleep, No tv, incase ur is hyperactive type, so dun stimulate them. No aggressive playing of toys or games. Read books, or sing song, do those light and calming activities.
Read moretry to massage the baby b4 sleep n put some soft music in the room.. If baby sleep in air con room u can try air diffuse wz one or 2 drop of essential oil for calming ..
Do not allow them to watch Tv program that violent or playing computer games an hour before sleep because their mind will very active and affect their quality of sleep.
Hi hi, sing lullaby to ur LO and then hug them till they fall in deep sleep. And use those bean bag pillows on their chest. If can swaddle them. They would feel safer
I will stop them from screaming, laughing, playing games just 1-2hrs before bedtime. Playing some smooth classical music might help !
3-4 hrs before bedtime don't play too much. Use a bean pillow so they will feel more secure. Dont watch any cartoons before bedtime
play soothing music, calm the kids down before nap. best to read a book. over stimulation will cause bad dreams :)
Try not to let children to be over simulated before bedtime ^^ try to on some soft baby music ^^
