GDM In Pregnancy

Anyone with GDM in pregnancy? What did u guys do about it. Can help share experience. Thanks

reduce carb intake, replace white rice to full grain rice or brown rice, increase veggie, meat and fish intake, eat only low sugar fruits, drink only unsweetened beverages or just plain water. most importantly is to split your meal to 6 small meals in a day then it will be fine.
