Congrats on your first pregnancy! Pre-eclampsia screening is usually pretty straightforward, they'll check your blood pressure, do some blood tests, and sometimes an ultrasound to look at blood flow to the placenta, kaya huwag mag-alala too much. A few of my mum friends had it done around the same time as their NIPT at second trimester, and they said it was quick lang, similar pacing to your regular OB checkup. Best thing is to ask your OB directly on Friday kung ano exactly ang gagawin nila sa iyo, kasi may slight differences based sa clinic, pero generally it's just monitoring to catch any risk factors early. Wishing you all the best sa screening and NIPT results!
