Nan optipro 2

Anyone using Nan optipro 2 have this issue that milk clumps and does not dissolve?I tried to use spoon to stir lesser clumps but still have clumps

Yes same for me too… I use 50 degrees temp water for it to dissolve

no such issue for me. using the same brand. your water temp ?

really need to shake very long to ensure no clumps.
