is it safe to use CIF during pregnancy

Anyone use CIF to clean toilet during pregnancy? Currently I'm 12weeks pregnant. I use CIF to clean my toilet but I'm worried. Is the smell safe?

If u are worried, u can use the following floor cleaning product as it is an all natural cleaning product safe to use.
