Hi. Anyone took up personalised TCM confinement herbs from Maternity Angels? Any reviews on the herbs? Is it worth to get the personalised herbs or better to get those regular TCM confinement herbs from hockhua etc?
regular herbs will do.. if you can afford financially then go for the personalized ones, although i don’t think it’ll make much of a difference
