Is U-shape pregnancy pillow useful?

Hello! Anyone tried the U shaped pregnancy pillow or other pregnancy pillows and it proved to be comfortable and good for sleeping? Please share recommendations and experience, thanks!

I used the L shaped one! The U shaped I thought too bulky and will separate my husband from me haha. Good for sleeping on the side from second trimester onwards
