Anyone took newborn photoshoot? What is the best time frame? Within the 1st month or after?

The best period preferred by photographers is between 5 and 10 days old. This is because babies at this age re more likely to curl up in “womb-like” poses, stay asleep longer, and won't mind being unclothed for the shooting session. Babies younger than 5 days are still learning and adapting to breastfeeding. The feeding sessions may be more erratic or frequent. Whereas after the first week, feeding sessions may be more predictable and likely to be two hours apart. This allow ample time for the shoot to take place. If you are planning to have a newborn photoshoot, it will be good to plan and book in advance. :)

First two weeks is recommended. Cause they usually capture when baby still sleeping, after 14days lo starts to be more alert and will move around, hard for them to capture nice pose :)

It is best to shoot when baby is below 2 weeks old as they sleep most of the time and easier to handle. Also, don't you feel newborn's stage is the cutest stage?
