L-XL before pregnancy

Anyone that is around L to XL before pregnancy? If you are around this size, may I know when did your tummy start showing? Wanting to keep my 1st trim a secret but find my tummy quite obvious. I am estimated 5 weeks (haven’t gone for 1st scan yet).
