Please advise! Vitamin A in multivitamin

Hi, anyone taking this multivitamin? I noticed the vitamin A is 4000 I.U. Heard that too much vitamin A is not good. Is it ok to take this?

This was prescribed by the first gynae I saw. I asked my current gynae about the vit A. She said this is ok.
