Legendairy Milk liquid sunflower lecithin

Hi All Is anyone taking the legendairy liquid sunflower lecithin? Bought it from shopee and im wondering if it is normal for the lecithin to have two seperated consistency in the bottle: 1)light oily liquid and 2)very thick and hard liquid. Do i need to mix them? If yes how do i do that? Im worried if i run out of the oil liquid how do i *melt* the thick and hard liquid to make it out of the bottle? Help please. Thanks
