I am not sure for the brand.. But you may consume small doses of maternal milk or take calcium supplements. You can ask your gynae if she has recommendations for lactose free milk or an alternative diet. Take care mummy

I'm taking Harvey Fresh UHT lactose free milk cos I'm lactose intolerant. Once in a while will take oat milk or almond milk (prefer the UFC brand) but they're more costly! So far these are ok for my pregnancy
