Anyone taking duphaston during 1st trimester?will u bleed more?

My gynea prescribed me a duphaston until 15 weeks and ask me to stop but after that i start again spotting and bleed and small clots and again prescribed me duphaston to stabilize my pregnancy now currently 18 weeks pregnant and still taking Duphaston
