Hi.. anyone taking black seed oil on first trimester? Is it safe to take?

i didnt take anything for 1st tri except folic acid.. i wouldnt want to take anything that gynae nvr prescribe cz it would be hard to pinpoint the cause exactly should something goes wrong..
