Baby’s head engaged at which week

Can anyone share usually at which week will our baby’s head be engaged ? Or atleast for your baby. How do we know or We will only know when gynae check ? And it can be only seen thru ultrasound or they will physically examine out tummy? #FTM

Examined via ultrasound. But generally I felt that when my bby turned down, I felt kicks on my upper torso, more pressure on my pelvic area and I do pee more.

My baby’s head was engaged and downward since 28 weeks. Can only confirm via ultrasound.
