Covid + at 35 weeks

Hi all, anyone can share their experience of testing positive at 35weeks pls. Would normal Panadol suffice?

hello! i tested ve yesterday, currently now 29 weeks . the gp prescribed me paracetamol and some lozenges and some medication for running nose!
