Breast milk

Can anyone share how to heat up the breast milk from fridge.Im using Philip Avent fast warmer but it needs about 10 to 15min to get machine to get heated up and warm up the milk.Not sure if I'm doing wrong also..if use traditional method putting over warm or hot water in the bowl and how long do I need to wait for the milk to be warm?

I take the bottle of bm (not frozen) out from the fridge at least 30mins before feeding. Let the fat content “melts” in room temperature. When baby’s ready for feeding, i would microwave a bowl of water for 1 minutes and soak the bottle in.

I also using philips warmer but i dun have the problem.. i just adjust according to the amt of milk in there..

can elebrate more?e.g.u take out from fridge then u immediately put in the warmer and once the warmer fully lighted means already to use the milk?
